For Upstairz’s brand identity we didn’t settle for the standard luxury real estate canon. We knew we were talking to a very special group of people: ambitious, bold, unapologetic. The brand had to reflect that.
So, in partnership with our friends at MessUp, we designed it to feel sophisticated yet modern, with a playful touch perfectly expressed in the logo, creating the illusion of stairs ascending.

The brand’s bold attitude is well expressed by its website, where big images and big type, combined with dry and confident copy, state unmistakably the brand’s philosophy.
